Charlotte Naturals Ltd was established in 2004 by Julie Storrie to sell natural health and beauty products online. In November 2006 we opened our first shop on Byres Road in Glasgow, Scotland. Our products are sourced from the very best suppliers and only contain natural ingredients.

If you're looking for a gift, a specific product or something from a particular manufacturer then use the search at the top of the page. Simply type in what you wish to search for and you will be returned a list of appropriate product. Click the link to view details of the item or to purchase.

Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the 'add to basket image' link to add the item to your order.

You may notice some 'extra' items displayed along with the details of the product you are purchasing. The items are recommended to be coupled with the product to create a great combination. To add one of these items to your order, tick the small box next to the product image before clicking 'place order'.

You will be directed to an order page which shows details of the items you are purchasing and allows you to check the total charge for your order before entering the secure checkout. You can remove individual item(s) from your order by clicking the 'remove' checkbox and then Update.

Once you're happy with all the details of your order click the red 'checkout' image link at the right hand side of the page, OR if in the shopping Basket at the bottom of the page to pay for your order. You will then be asked to enter your contact address, delivery address and check over the terms and conditions.

To enter your credit card details you will be directed to the secure site of PROTX (you can check the padlock at the bottom of your browser window). Any information you exchange with PROTX will not be viewed be any other person accessing the internet. Please make sure you enter all the mandatory fields. Please note that the billing address must be the address to which the debit/credit card is registered. This can be different from the address to which you wish the goods to be delivered.

The "Our Price" amounts displayed for goods sold by charlottenaturals.co.uk are inclusive of UK VAT. The UK VAT rate on products delivered to the UK is 17.5%.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails to your registered email address. One to confirm your order details and one to confirm payment from PROTX. You should keep this email as receipt of order.

All our products are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders over £20 in value have Free Delivery for orders under £20 we charge a flat rate for 1st Class Postage of £2 per order.

Total time it takes to get your order = Availability + Delivery time

If your item is in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the unlikely event your item is not in stock we will require additional time to receive from the supplier, pack and prepare for dispatch. In most cases you can expect to receive your products within 7 working days of placing an order.
